Mokhtar Belmokhtar, also known as ‘the one-eyed’, who broke away from Aqim to form al-Mulathamin. Call him Mr. Marlboro. He’s also called Khaled Abu al-Abbas. But folks have taken to calling him Mr. Marlboro.
