Congressional Gold Medals for Navy SEALs Killed in Benghazi

I’ve previously said, I thought Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty deserved Medals of Honor. Still, this is forward progress: House Republican Duncan D. Hunter has introduced legislation to recognize the bravery of the two former Navy SEALs working as CIA contractors who tried to help — Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty — with a Congressional Gold Medal.

  1. Worthy & noble recipients, which should follow on with the truth over responsibility.

    Yours Aye.

  2. A well deserved medal, but the MOH for going above and beyond…even after realizing help would not be coming. The spirit of the SEALS.

  3. Agree with the above … but … I can’t help but think that this is cover for a botched political f***-up gone horribly wrong. I don’t mean to disrespect Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, but it sure seems this is meant as a distraction.

Think about it. The politicians involved are barack obama and hillary clinton.

No I really need to add anything else?

    1. I’m afraid I have to agree with you CTT…and Hillary is expecting to be crowned Queen and President because of her SecState credentials? She was a horrible SecState…unbelievably so….k
