1. Goldfish will grow as long as its environment will let it grow. But their body oils are poison to other fish, thus why you can’t mix them in your aquarium. There needs to be a goldfish roundup in Lake Tahoe. How would Obie know about Hawaii from being born there? He wasn’t. He just lived there from a baby onward. And Hawaii’s strength is tourism…believe me, there are plenty of racial problems there now. Waikiki is covered in Asian gangs and it is not a safe place anymore.

2. Then the next logical assumption is about Japanese koi…those are goldfish too …goldfish are carp…I find it hard to believe they’re poisonous to other fish but that may be why you only see them with each other and not different species…interesting…k
