The Lives of Navy Wives

Navy wives are a tough bunch. This group here has 28 military moves among five families with 13 children, and 144 months of separation between husbands and wives:

And the ladies won a Girls’ Night Out Oscars contest on LIVE with Kelly and Michael.

  1. Although I never had a Navy wife, I do understand the sentiment behind the story.

Such wives and family’s are the back bone of the Armed Forces, they act as an unpaid safety cushion in the way that a professional counsellor could not. Every Government should applaud the stirling support that these people give, even though they would never wish it so.

An act of kindness such as this ‘night out’ is recognition and is greatly appreciated by all those serving who have come to understand that they are ‘all’ appreciated.

    BZ Oscar…

    Yours Aye.

    • It is a tough job, I would imagine, for these homeland warriors. And I am glad they are getting some R&R in H’wood. . .

  2. I saw these ladies on K&M. They look like some fun ladies – the way they support each other – very cool.
