What I do not understand is why the Military are not providing transport to and from his appointments?

I have known Sean for sometime and can confirm that his situation is in fact actually occuring and is “legitimate” and not a scam.
As to others that have contacted me – YES – Sean is exactly who he says he is. He *is* active military, He *does* have a chronic back injury, He *does* need some help to get past this situation.
