The Female Improved Outer Tactical Vest

Army Capt. Orielle Buentello, left, and 2nd Lt. Chelsea Adams, right, help tighten Sgt. Samantha Dunn’s new body armor — designed for female soldiers with smaller statures — Wednesday at Fort Stewart, Ga.
