Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair, Up for Court Martial?

When a one-star general (in charge of logistics) has a pet name for his female captains (like Panda), it is not a good sign. Truly, the facts in the possible court-martial of Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair are all harrowing.

BG Jeffrey A. Sinclair

Two quotes stand out to me. His aide, Panda, saying: In a (expletive)-up way I still love him, she admitted. I don’t want him to be mad at me.

And then Alexander the Great with this: My logisticians are a humorless lot … they know if my campaign fails, they are the first ones I will slay.

The bottom-line: Brig. Gen. Jeffrey A. Sinclair faces possible courts-martial on charges that include forced sex, pornography, violating an order, alcohol use, engaging in inappropriate relationships, misusing a government travel charge card, and conduct unbecoming an officer.

Yes, this man vastly outranks me. But, if found guilty, I say drum him out of the United States military with nothing. No rank and send him to Leavenworth. No retirement. Nothing. We have had a stream of dishonorable officers recently and we need to make the pain more painful. One thing everyone understands: loss of money, loss of prestige. It is better to be an honorable private than a dishonorable general.

For more details on the particulars: Female officers sent nude photos to general. The pictures were not even of the female in question. She just chopped the heads off random naked shots. After the general begged for ‘em. A general. . .

  1. There was a time when such a person would (with dignity) go quietly into the library to clean his revolver…

Time for a good clean out, those beneath him who said nothing carry the blame equally.

(What would ‘Old Blood & Guts’ George S. Patton have to say).

    Yours Aye

  2. When Clinton was caught abusing his power with his young intern, lied about it, and nothing was done, a precedent was set. It is time to make things right.

  3. To the two worthies before my comments: that would occur if there were no such thing as moral relativism….and people actually held and maintained their religious values or even had them….honor, Ex-Bootneck is a difficult quality to define today…apparently, there is none or it’s been re-defined in some way…reality has been turned 180 out and on its head and is now relatively meaningless…how sad and not to mention, intelligence defined downward into ignorance….I’m still reeling…well, it’s time to face reality and stand for something….k

  4. After all the publicity a few years ago about the Tailhook Scandal, and several others since then, why do grown women still let themselves be involved in such situations?
    I just don’t understand.
