Naval Technicians Straighten Helicopter Rotor

I’ve never straightened a helo rotor, but I imagine it requires tools. Or you can hang on it:

  XBrad, interesting. I remember an old film of a bridge in (I believe) Washington State that basically shakes it itself apart. I think the same phenomenon may be at play here.
